San Bernardo is a beautiful town in the Caribbean
Coast. This town organizes a big party that has a length of five days, the
party includes Vallenato Concerts, Fandango Festival, horse races and more. The
party is called Fiestas Patronales in honor of the Virgen del Carmen.
